Her expertise spans competency assurance, strategic workforce development, and scaling learning and development functions to align with business needs. Yeisan holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. She is passionate about promoting STEM education and inspiring the next generation of STEM professionals. In her free time, she enjoys exploring different cultures through travel.
